When is the towel ready to use?

The towel can be removed after the green Temp heating light has turned off . The red “Hot Caution” light will remain on until the “cool down” cycle has been completed. Note, it is okay to remove the towel while the “cool down” cycle is in process.

Is it OK to remove the towel while the red “Hot Caution” light is still on?

The outside unit and lid will be “warm” to the touch when the “Hot Caution” light are still on and the internal chamber will be hot. Use caution when removing the towel from the towel warmer as we do not recommend putting your hand directly against the internal chamber during the cool down cycle.

How do I clean the hammock sling properly?

We recommend hand washing the hammock sling with mild soap and warm water. Rinse well and air dry fully extended. Make sure not to retract the sling while wet allowing it to air dry.

How do I know the hammock sling is locked into place?

After fully extending the hammock sling, secure fastening clip onto top of bottom support leg by sliding it into place. A green label will show through the locked indicatory slot indicating hammock sling is secure.

How long can I use the bath hammock?

The bath hammock is designed for newborns to when they can sitting up unassisted. Once your baby can sit-up unassisted, you should discontinue using this product. maximum weight of 25lbs and length of 23″ long.

I cannot get the hammock sling to full retract?

Use the “retracting dial” located on the top support leg to assist in retraction.

How much can my baby weigh and still use this product?

The product has tested to meet and exceed all applicable industry standards. We recommend that once your baby is over 25lbs or 23″ long and/or can sit-up unassisted, you discontinue use of this product.

I cannot get the hammock sling to full retract?

The Roller-Sling is designed to fully retract automatically. Should the sling not fully retract, we recommend giving a gentle pull on the sling (similar to a window shade).

Is it safe to wash the infant sling foam pad?

Yes, we recommend washing on gentle cycle independently and air drying.

When should I use the “feet” for the tub?

The “feet” are designed to bring the tub to a “perfect height” during bath for parents and caregivers providing better access to baby and more comfort and convenience for adults. We recommend using the “feet” until the child can sit up unassisted. At that point, we recommend removing the “feet” and using the tub in “toddler” mode.

How do I know the device is On and working?

The red LED indicator will illuminate when device is On and working.

Is it normal that the unit makes a “rattling” noise?

Yes, the internal safety switch may make a “rattling” sound. Rest assured, this is completely normal.

Is the Pillowtop Changing Pad waterproof?

Yes, the pad is waterproof and can be wiped down with a damp cloth.

The fabric pinch guard that covers the buckle strap is soiled; can I remove and wash it?

Yes, the fabric pinch guard is attached to the buckle strap with hook and loop and can be removed for machine washing; gentle cycle, air dry.

Can the changing compartment, wipes container and nightlight be positioned anywhere on the tray?

No, the tray is designed so each compartment has a specific “home”. This allows the nightlight to anchor securely into the tray and pivot for nighttime changes. All the components can be removed from the tray and moved throughout the home easily for portability.
